Rules & Regulations

1. A competitor may enter up to FOUR individual events and any number of relay events. Should a competitor be absent from his individual event, NO substitution from others shall be permitted.

2. The Individual Champion for each group will be decided by the number of GOLD medals won.

In the event of a tie, the greater number of records set during the meet by the swimmer will decide the tie. If the tie still remains, the individual champion will be based on the result of the 200m individual medley event.

1. For individual events, each house may enter up to TWO representatives.

For Relays, each House may send a maximum of ONE team for each relay race.

1. Entries must be made on the Hi-Tek Swimming Management software which will be provided to the respective House Managers. House Managers must enter a seeding time for individual entries; otherwise their swimmers will be put into the slower group.

Entries close on 25 Jan 2019.

The meet will be held on 13, 14, 15 and 22 February 2019.

Entries that have been accepted may not be recalled for amendments and / or changes.

1. Any competitor who WITHDRAWS from any event without any valid reasons may be barred from participating in subsequent events, including relays.

2. All other matters not provided for in these rules and regulations shall be submitted to the Meet Manager / Director CCA & PE for a final decision.
